Every productis a system. Now the systemcan think.

Product leader, founder and AI-first builder. I have shipped inside Google Photos and TikTok, led platforms for Australia’s largest magazine publisher and built ventures of my own. Now I design products and companies where intelligent software participates in the workflow itself.

I turn ambiguous opportunitiesinto products, platformsand operating systems.

Shaping strategy, designing the experience, structuring complex builds, shipping quickly and learning from real users. Experience across Google Photos, TikTok, media, marketplaces, SaaS and early-stage ventures.

My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, automation, growth and venture building.

A physical product with a digital shopfront: every part of the business had to hold its own weight, and every part depended on the others. It is the same lesson every system teaches, felt through inventory and customers instead of diagrams.

State · Static sequence

Software runs a fixed sequence of steps. Intelligence sits inside one of them, as a feature the workflow calls when it gets there.

Stages drawn from a digital health platform I architected: acquisition through to internal operations.

Problem framing to production, without the hand-offs.

I sit unusually close to both strategy and execution, moving from problem framing to production without treating each discipline as an isolated hand-off.

Designing something thatshould have had intelligencefrom the beginning?

I work with founders and teams on consulting engagements, strategic retainers and venture building: redesigning workflows, launching digital products and introducing intelligent automation into operations. Start with the question, and we will work out how it should run.
